Tuna Cakes in The Airfryer

One thing about me is I will cook, try out new recipes and if I like it, I will share it. I am not a fan of fish cakes but I am a lover of tuna. Which is why I was so excited when I got to try out my own tuna cake recipe that I am sharing with you today.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cracker bread
  • 1 Egg
  • Parchment Paper
  • Cook n Spray
  • Airfryer

Methods:
  1. To the bowl add your tuna and onions and set aside
  2. In a blender, blend the 2 cracker bread till fine
  3. Add the crumbs to the bowl, followed by salt, parsley and paprika
  4. Mix everything together
  5. Add your egg, mayonnaise and cheese to the mixer in the bowl
  6. Mix everything together
  7. Divide the mixer into 6 balls and airfry for 10 min on each side on 160 degrees.
