One thing about me is I will cook, try out new recipes and if I like it, I will share it. I am not a fan of fish cakes but I am a lover of tuna. Which is why I was so excited when I got to try out my own tuna cake recipe that I am sharing with you today.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cracker bread
- 1 Egg
- Parchment Paper
- Cook n Spray
- Airfryer
Methods:
- To the bowl add your tuna and onions and set aside
- In a blender, blend the 2 cracker bread till fine
- Add the crumbs to the bowl, followed by salt, parsley and paprika
- Mix everything together
- Add your egg, mayonnaise and cheese to the mixer in the bowl
- Mix everything together
- Divide the mixer into 6 balls and airfry for 10 min on each side on 160 degrees.
